1. Eligibility for Refund
Customers are eligible for a full refund if the refund request is made within 2 calendar days of course purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@upskaill.com and should include the order reference number.
2. After the Refund Period
If more than 2 days have passed since the purchase, the course will no longer be eligible for a refund. However, we are happy to offer flexible options to accommodate you. You may choose to:
- Reschedule your course to a future date
- Switch to a different course of equivalent value
- Transfer your seat to a colleague or teammate
2A. Non-attendance or Partial Attendance
Refund eligibility is based solely on the purchase date. Non-attendance, partial attendance, or failure to participate in a course does not extend the refund window beyond the stated 2 calendar days.
2B. Digital Materials or Downloadable Content
If your purchase includes downloadable digital materials, these items are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, even if the refund request is within the 2-day window.
3. How to Request a Refund or Change
To initiate a refund or transfer request, please email support@upskaill.com with your request, reason, and order ID. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions or confirmation.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Custom Training Sessions
Refunds for custom training engagements are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms agreed upon during booking. Please refer to your service agreement or contact us at support@upskaill.com for clarification.
