"UpskAill" is a brand owned and operated by eAirth Training & Consulting LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India. In this policy, "UpskAill", "we", "us", and "our" refer to eAirth Training & Consulting LLP.

By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide to us When you book a course, contact us, subscribe to updates, or take our quiz, we may collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if and where provided)
  • Company name and job title (where provided)
  • Country or location
  • Any information you choose to include in messages to us

b. Payment information When you make a purchase, payment is processed by our third-party payment partners. We receive confirmation of your transaction and limited billing details, but we do not collect or store your full card or bank account details ourselves (see Section 4).

c. Account information When you book a course, we create an account for you and send login credentials to your email address so you can access your training, recordings, and resources.

d. Usage and device data We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our site, such as pages viewed, time spent, referring source, IP address, and device and browser type. This is collected through analytics and similar tools (see Section 6).

e. Communication preferences If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to marketing, we store your preferences and our history of communications with you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process bookings and provide access to courses, sessions, recordings, and resources
  • Create and manage your user account
  • Send you essential service messages (booking confirmations, joining details, schedule changes, and account information)
  • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
  • Send newsletters, offers, and announcements, where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Understand how our site is used so we can improve it
  • Meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or misuse

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our contract with you (delivering the training you booked), our legitimate business interests, and compliance with applicable law.

3. Legal Bases and Your Consent

Where required by law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases to process your data: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; or our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, provided these do not override your rights.

Where we rely on your consent (for example, marketing emails), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Payment and Financial Data

We do not store or process your full payment card or bank account details. All payments are handled by trusted third-party payment partners (such as Razorpay and PayPal) or through invoice-based bank transfers. These providers process your payment information under their own privacy and security policies, and we encourage you to review them. We receive only the transaction details necessary to confirm and fulfil your booking.

5. Data Storage, Security, and Location

We take the security of your personal data seriously and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access, to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Your data is currently stored on secure servers managed on our behalf. We may in future migrate to established cloud infrastructure providers to improve scalability and security; any such provider will be selected for its security and compliance standards.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Enable core site functionality
  • Understand how visitors use our site (for example, through Google Analytics)
  • Measure and improve our marketing (for example, through the Meta/Facebook Pixel)

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions. Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share your data only with parties that help us operate our business, and only as needed:

  • Payment partners (such as Razorpay and PayPal) to process transactions
  • Email and communication platforms to send service and marketing messages
  • Analytics and advertising providers (such as Google and Meta) to measure and improve our site and campaigns
  • Trainers and service providers directly involved in delivering your training, where necessary
  • Authorities or third parties where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights, safety, or property

Where we share data with third parties, we take steps to ensure it is handled securely and lawfully.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in India, and your information may be stored and processed in India or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. If you access our services from outside India, including from the European Union or United Kingdom, your data may be transferred across borders. Where such transfers occur, we take appropriate steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in line with applicable data protection laws, including the EU/UK GDPR where relevant.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, for EU/UK users, the GDPR), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Withdraw consent for marketing or other consent-based processing
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request information about how your data is used
  • Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@upskaill.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Data relating to inactive accounts or completed training may be anonymized or securely deleted after 24 months, unless we are required to retain it longer by law.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Marketing Communications

If you have opted in to marketing, we may send you newsletters, offers, and updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages related to a booking or account.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated to you directly where appropriate.
