Frequently Asked Questions

Bookings generally close a few days before the cohort begins so we can finalize logistics and share joining details. If a cohort is confirmed and seats remain, we may keep booking open closer to the start. We recommend booking early, since seats are capped at 15.

In the rare event that an instructor cannot deliver a session due to an emergency, we will promptly reschedule that session to a time that works for the cohort, at no cost to you and with as much notice as possible. Your seat and progress are always protected.

You won't lose out. If you can't attend a session, you're welcome to attend that same session in any upcoming cohort, so you can complete the full course at a time that works for you. Session recordings are also shared with participants, so you can catch up on anything you miss.

For live cohort bookings, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of booking, provided the cohort has not yet started. After this window, we're unable to offer cash refunds. Instead, your payment converts into a transferable credit: you can move your seat to a future cohort or pass it to a colleague at no extra cost. This policy applies to live cohort bookings. Please read our full Refund Policy for complete details.

Yes. To ensure a collaborative, high-quality experience, a cohort needs a minimum of 4 participants to run. We confirm each cohort's status ahead of the start date. If a cohort doesn't reach the minimum, your seat is moved to an upcoming date of your choice, so you're always guaranteed your place.

Yes. On completing a cohort you receive a Certificate of Completion and a LinkedIn Achievement Badge. Each carries a unique ID that can be independently verified on the UpskAill website, so your credential is genuinely provable, not just a PDF anyone could mock up.

A laptop or desktop computer (the hands-on exercises can't be done on a phone or tablet), a stable internet connection, and the Zoom client installed. Any course-specific tools or accounts are listed in the Requirements section on each course page and in the downloadable curriculum. In most cases, the free tiers of any required tools are sufficient for the sessions.

Every cohort is capped at 15 seats. Small groups mean you get genuine attention from the instructor, real interaction with peers, and space to work through your own questions, rather than sitting anonymously in a webinar of hundreds.

No coding is required. Our cohorts teach the strategy, judgment, and practical skills that matter in an AI-driven world, not programing. Some courses benefit from basic familiarity with the subject area (noted on each course page), but none require you to write code.

Every UpskAill cohort is live and instructor-led, no pre-recorded videos. You learn in real time from an experienced practitioner, ask questions as they come up, and work alongside a small group. You are actively participating for the majority of each session, not passively watching.
