Proof of Completion
Once your attendance is confirmed for every scheduled session, you receive a Certificate of Completion and LinkedIn badge, each with a unique verification ID.

A few practical details about how UpskAill public cohorts work.
When do bookings close?
We confirm whether a cohort will run seven days before the start date. If there are no bookings, that cohort date is removed. If the cohort is confirmed and seats are still available, bookings remain open until the course begins. Public cohorts are capped at 15 seats.
What happens if the instructor is unavailable on the day?
If a session needs to move because the trainer is unavailable, registered participants will be contacted directly with the revised arrangements.
What if I miss a live session?
If you miss a session, you can attend that same session when it runs in the next cohort. If that timing doesn’t work for you, you’ll still have access to the session recording and all the training materials, so you can catch up on what you missed.
What's your refund and cancellation policy?
Our refund and cancellation terms are explained in the Refund Policy, available under Legal in the website footer. We recommend reviewing it before booking.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
Yes. A cohort needs a minimum of 4 participants to run. We confirm whether the cohort will proceed seven days before the start date. If the minimum isn’t reached, you can transfer your booking to an upcoming cohort date of your choice, so your place remains secure.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. Once we’ve confirmed your attendance across all scheduled sessions, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion and LinkedIn badge. Both carry a unique ID that can be verified on the UpskAill website.
What do I need to participate?
You’ll need a reliable internet connection and access to Zoom. If a course requires a particular account, tool or other preparation, we’ll make that clear on the course page.
How large are the cohorts?
Public cohorts are capped at 15 participants. We keep them small so the live sessions remain genuinely interactive.
Do I need any technical or coding background?
Not unless the individual course says so. Any prerequisites are clearly listed on the course page before you book.
Is this a live course or pre-recorded videos?
The scheduled cohort sessions are live and instructor-led on Zoom. Pre-recorded lessons do not replace the live teaching.
